I had a 17 minute conversation with (removed), Jr. regarding two
problems that he is having.

1) He is upset that when he logins to his account from home, he is unable
to see the suffix Jr.

He is also upset that we do not use punctuation.  For example, there is no
comma between Nyhart and Jr and that there is no period after the suffix
Jr.

He spoke to someone in IT in August regarding this situation and is upset
that it has not been rectified.

2) He would also like to know the shortest user ID he may use.  He also
wants to know the restrictions, i.e. case sensitive, combination of
numbers and letters.
