One helpful tool is the validator...either a package validates, or it doesn't. The screen where you created this tracker item tells you to state "[t]hat you have run the command 'fink -v validate' on your .info file and the compiled .deb file", which you did not do. I ran the validator for you, and am telling you what it said.
